The centre also includes three multipurpose sports courts, group fitness spaces, modern changing facilities, and a café with beverages and a full menu. This heritage commercial building has been upgraded to provide a modern office refurbishment, including state-of-the-art workplace areas, open-plan office spaces, blank space fit-out zones, and refined foyer locations. Working closely with the design consultants, the Xero Linear Lighting NSW team provided a range of architectural linear lighting profiles for this premium commercial interior. The open-plan design blends work areas, breakout spaces, office zones, collaboration areas, and flexible workplace environments, creating a modern and functional office fit-out.
